This unusual book brings a different approach to the body and its self-healing powers (and the story how the idea came about is part of the text).We (or "I") and mental "work" are not the key factor of self-healing. As the body and the organs have (of course!) their own intelligence, their own self-healing powers, which work / reach far beyond our thinking.The goal of this book is to get in touch with this. This is not a simple task (because it is beyond thinking). But doable by contemplating with the beautiful organ-paintings by Anne Heng and considering the exercises that are explained in the introduction of the book.In addition the book contains a list allocating healing stones to each of the organs, including also a corresponding message. Immediately I searched for the stone and the message for a health problem I've been suffering with for decades(!): It fits so perfectly! Far better than I've found it in similar lists in other books.
